jQuery
I’m always looking for tutorials or inspiration when it comes to web development. Sites these days demand the need for dynamic content to not only keep users engaged, but help them reach their end goal. There are thousands of great sites out there to get your hands dirty with some JavaScript or jQuery including net.tutsplus.com, jquery.com, and w3schools.com. I found just running through a few google queries is a great way to find some unique examples of how these languages are used to improve user interaction. I recently came across the site Digital Magazine Web. They provide numerous article for both designer and developers, but I found the “jQuery Crash Course” both insightful and motivational. It provides an in-depth overview of the JavaScript library with some real world examples including a fictitious airline chart. A good read for anybody looking to brush up their scripting skills!
